Agressive Surgery Pumpkin

I'm not an orthopedic surgeon, but my neighbor Eddie is. He tells me his work is part surgeon and part handyman. If you listen to Eddie he describes it like he gets in there and cuts a bunch of stuff and stuffs a bunch of things into other things. One time he showed me an x-ray and it looked like he screwed a bunch of stuff together. This pumpkin reminds me of that.
